I work with individuals, couples, families, as well as other relationship systems and have worked with a diverse range of clients across age, gender, sexual orientation, spirituality, culture, ability, and socioeconomic status. In addition to treating obstacles such as anxiety, depression, suicidality, family/parenting distress, and couple satisfaction I also work with individuals addressing issues of social location, oppression and internalized oppression in treatment with populations of color. My approach to therapy is casual and collaborative; my goal is to access your strengths and resources and help to find new perspectives and solutions to problems.
