Finding the right fit in any relationship is important; the same is true in therapy. Finding someone you feel confident, and, comfortable with is a huge part of your therapy journey. I work collaboratively with my clients to create your roadmap for success.
My passion is working with current Military members and Veterans, couples, families and children. I also specialize in addressing traumas and/or traumatic events, healing relationships and strengthening the emotional connection between partners, and parents and their children.
I am a wife to an Air Force Service Member and mother to two rambunctious little boys. I have found that this life experience has helped me greatly in connecting with clients, understanding the hurdles of family life, maintaining a healthy marriage and tackling curveballs from the military.
Experience has taught me the client’s journey through the therapy process is just as important as the outcome of the therapy. The results you achieve are the outcome of your hard work.
I am a member of the AAMFT, Communities4Action Committee, and Soldiers Angels.
