As an advanced Graduate Student, I have been working with clients in a clinical setting since June of 2017. I have experience working with families, individuals, couples and children dealing with divorce, parenting, depression, and anxiety. I am a direct and compassionate therapist, who often highlights client strengths. I believe problems exist in our patterns of interactions with those around us, rather than being the result of something inside of us. By exploring options for new ways of interacting, we can find solutions to the problems we are facing. I have an interest in working with families that are facing a new diagnosis that can affect the way in which the family functions.

I also have a background in Nutritional Counseling and certification as a Holistic Health Counselor. I have published articles on line and in print on how having a healthy lifestyle is key to being emotionally satisfied. I believe that part of being happy is being healthy and enjoy sharing with my clients ways in which they can improve their lives through better self care. I currently have a blog, TherapeuticThoughts.com and an instagram @therapeuticthoughtsblog where you can get tips and daily inspiration for living your best life.

I am currently a student member of AAMFT and plan on joining as a clinical member upon my graduation. I have lived in Stamford for over 15 years and have two children born and raised here who are the lights of my life!
