My style is best described as supportive, warm and direct. My work is based on a non-pathologizing framework and focuses on relationships and healthy boundaries between yourself and others. I support my clients to reconnect with their innate strengths and resilience, making healing and change possible.

For those that share a Christian faith, we can integrate those spiritual beliefs into our work, which can be instrumental in the healing process. I have received training from a Christian College and a various continuing education including Harvard University Cambridge Health Alliance, Harvard Medical School.

If you are looking to start therapy, here is a safe nonjudgmental environment to self-reflect. My view is that all challenges are opportunities for personal growth, empowerment and greater authenticity.

I work with children, parents and families to help manage and address a variety of issues surrounding child/teen development and behaviors that can impact the family as a unit. Additionally, I assist couples in improving their communication and resolving conflicts. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I have found a variety of approaches effective. We’ll explore together which methods work best for you.
